Our Eli Whitney Read-a-thon is taking place from Oct. 3-Oct. 31st. Our students are reading to raise money for our school community. Last year our school raised $15,000 in only two weeks! So this year we've upped the ante and set our goal at $30,000!!!
If students raise $15,000 Mr. T will be slimed!
If students raise $25,000 Mr. Veteri will be slimed too!
If students raise $30,000 Mrs. Florek will also be slimed!
In addition, we will have spirit days all month long to help celebrate!
Oct. 7- Wear Your Words Day- Wear something with school appropriate words
Oct. 14- Pink Pledge Day- Wear pink for Breast Cancer Awareness
Oct 20th- Get Cozy With a Book Day- Wear you comfiest clothes to school
Oct. 28th- Book Character Day- Dress as a book character- No Halloween Costumes Please
Oct 31st- SLIME TIME!!-- Wear green
