GENERAL INFORMATION

REFUNDS: THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE TUITION FEE OR ANY FRACTION OF THE SAME AFTER THE FIRST CLASS. If the school cancels a course, the school will return the entire course fee. If a student withdraws from a course prior to 24 hours before the first class, the tuition fee less $15.00 will be refunded upon written request. Please allow at least one month for processing of the refund.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS: Classes may be canceled for insufficient enrollment or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Administrator for Continuing Education. Tuition will be refunded when classes are canceled.

STORM CANCELLATION POLICY: In general, during periods of poor weather, if the daytime public schools are in session, the Continuing Education Programs will be in session. However, if during the day, weather conditions change drastically, please listen to WICC (600AM), WEZN (FM) or CABLEVISION NEWS 12 between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a school cancellation announcement. Finally, if the day school sessions are not held, the Continuing Education programs will not be held, regardless of weather changes.

The adult education program is committed to making our course offerings accessible. We will work with individuals to support their special needs.
