Wooster Middle School's Mission Statement
Wooster Middle School’s mission is to develop a community of learners in which ALL students acquire the knowledge, skills and confidence to met the challenges of a changing and increasingly diverse society.

The school serves students in seventh and eighth grade. The needs of these adolescents are met by structuring the school differently from both elementary and high school. Teams of teachers share common preparation time in order to facilitate the integration of the various disciplines. A common core curriculum is taught to all youngsters, with the opportunity afforded to each youngster to progress at his or her optimum rate.
